RC23R remote, power one touch on for 3 devices?

New HR23 with a RC64R remote... is there a way to use the DTV, TV power on/off to turn on my Pioneer receiver as well with one touch while slider is in the DTV position. ...

No, you can only do that with the Directv receiver and your TV. You need to use the slider so the PWR key will work other devices.

It would seem that the OP is in need of a universal remote.
Possibly one of the Harmony models.

Yeah one with Macros.

I just wish Harmony remotes could handle macros with more than 5 steps.
