In case anybody is in the market for one, the Radio Shack "Remote Control 75 ohm A-B Switch Model: 15-1968" is on sale right now for only $14.97. http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2049643#showFullReviews . It works well! This price is about the same as a regular NON-remote pushbutton A-B switch.

They are usually around $35. I just picked one up locally to switch between my new outside tv antenna (Cm 4228HD & AC 7-13 yagi), and my QAM cable (internet only), but there's 41~ channels on there my tv can get, so I use a splitter before the cable modem.

This switch also has push button switches on top, in case you misplace the remote temporarily, or you could teach the 2 buttons to one of your regular remotes. It takes 2 AA batteries for the native remote, which do NOT come with it! Go figure, since RS is always pushing their terrible batteries...

I'm working on possibly dumping Dish eventually, and going with a combo of OTA, cable QAM, FTA sat, Sony Blu-ray, the new LG TV with all it's internet apps, WDTV-Live with several drives full of shows, Playon, Amazon, and Netflix. I have so many possibilities, it's hard to decide what to watch! lol. It all depends on how user friendly I can make it for the wife to be able to handle it. She's so "techno challenged" it's ridiculous.

Here's a site that if you enter your zip code, the next page has a place in the upper left where you can choose between OTA or QAM cable and see what channels are available to you locally. : http://www.silicondust.com/support/channels/

They're 7.97 now.....just was at Rat Shack (got some other deals) and saw that was now lowered. Didn't get it though (no use for one)
