I need help, I purchased a Chrysler 300 that has a aftermarket Sirius xm radio, made by Kenwood(dnx690hd).
It worked for 2 weeks ,then went to channel 1 preview saying I need to subscribe to continue to get the service.
So I extended the service however still no service. I went to the xm site spoke to customer service and they said they can't help because the original system is attached to my vin # which is what they have on file. It will cost $300 to remove my system.

If the radio worked for 2 weeks, shod be able to activated on your name, where did you get the radio serial #, from the window sticker or the radio itself ?
When you try to scroll true the channels it will show you the serial number with prompted to activate.

Channel 0 or 1 usually has all that info on it as well.
