R15 slow sometimes?

Anyone have any inout on why the R15 is slow sometimes(button/menu reaction) and then most of the time it's fine? Any cause to this that can be helped?

Overall I like it, just slows down sometimes.

We only have one in our master bedroom, so don't use many of the "features". But the little I've used it, I absolutely hate it. I love my TIVOs...
