A customer has a R15 that has a message screen that reads checking disk please wait up to 30 minutes but never comes it took a software upgrade so it is getting signal . have not been out to check becaues of location but walked him thru and he is telling me he can not get into the menu screen I had him reset and forced new software but still the same he is wanting to know if the disk that seems to have a problem spinning can be replaced or fixed without sending out ..
