Former Celtics great Dennis Johnson dies suddenly at 52, in Texas while coaching the Celtics developmental league team. Dennis Johnson, a five-time All-Star who won three NBA championships as a player for the Celtics and Sonics, died Thursday.

I never thought Johnson got a fair shot at being a coach. I thought he did a decent job in 2004 with a Clipper team that had obviously quit 15 games previously, but after that he kinda fell off the radar.
