Quick! Do I want this system? C Band/KU

I have an opportunity to pick up this system for a very low price (let's just say around the price of a FTA receiver)

Unimesh 10' Perforated Dish - Monterey 35 Satellite receiver w/module
Absolute mint condition from non-smoking environment. Everything including
the dish is in excellent condition, includes ADL feedhorn w/ C/Ku Norsat
LNBs (15 deg C and 0.5 dB Ku) and 18" Von Weise V76-10 actuator w/ neoprene
accordion boot, installed w/ all stainless steel hardware (expensive but
won't rust)

Should I jump on this?

Yes.

If the dish is in good condition and you have somewhere to put it then jump on it.
The actuator is worth a few quid too.

Make sure the mesh on the dish isn't too large, the general rule is if you can fit a pencil through the holes it's meant for C band only.

Either way there's plenty on Cband

Edit, if I had somewhere to put up a large dish I'd jump all over it.
