Questions about Blue Ridge Cable channel 640 (NBAD/NFLHD)

I have blue ridge cable. I am thinking of getting the HD service and dumpi my D*. I get blacked out in my zip from the nba but get a lot of games via NBA TV. Blue Ridge has this weird combo channel 640. It is listed as both NBA HD and NFL HD. Can anyone tell me how they run? Im guessing by season or something. Zap2it shows both each with programming so that doesnt help.

Despite being listed as both NBA and NFL HD, from what I've seen, they NEVER actually air any NBA content. Even when NBA TV airs live games, channel 640 continues to show NFL content.
