I want to up grade to HD, I now have a 501 & 721, I would replace one of these with a 622 or 722. Would I pay a DVR fee and a lease fee?

The DVR fee, yes, unless you go with the DVR Advantage.
Lease Fee, Yes, as well.

What ATxxx package do you have now?
The DVR Advantage program would probably help (at least a little).
