Question on swapping out equipment after a new install

I had my install yesterday & I'm not thrilled with my equipment choices. I was told I could connect a EHD to a 222K & that's not the case. I also got a 612. Anyhow does anyone know if u can swap equipment? I'd like to get a 211k & a 722k instead. Thanks in advance.

You just need to call and see what they will do. Make sure you tell them you were misinformed about the 222. Keep in mind, the 211k and 722k can not swap EHDs, and you would have to pay $40.00 each for both to use one. You would save $6.00 DVR fee per month if you had two 211Ks and only one EHD activation fee.
