When I signed up it asked me if I wanted to do paperless and I would get ten bucks off a month for a time. I did that and the discount for autopay. Each time I see my bill the paperless billing hasnt been on there. Each time I called they told me it would be on the next months bill and that it takes a little time for it to go on. I called last week and the girl told me I have already been getting it and its the same discount as the autopay. Is this correct? I remember being two things I checked when I ordered.
