Question on packages

I want to get a two room hd dvr system and a sd dvr system for two rooms (4 total). I noticed there's a lot of dvr fee's. If I subscribe to the HD Plat. package are the dvr fee's waived? I do the dish configure utility on the website and it still show's the dvr fee's.

Yes, on Platinum package, the dvr fees are waived.

If I have 4 rooms and two recievers (each one does two rooms) do I get charged one reciever fee, two , or three?

You will be charged for the second receiver only as long as you keep a phone line plugged in to the dual tuner receivers.
