QUESTION ON 5.3 IR REMOTE

Is the 5.3 IR remote a learnable remote? If it is how do I learn it?

ha ha, you learn it by reading the instructions.

No, it's not a learning remote. It is however a "universal" remote with built-in codes for a lot of pre-existing devices.
