I have been a Dish subscriber with HD for a while now, but recently changed to the DVR advantage and also added a second 622 with the Dish'n it up program. I was told I qualify for the $50 rebate as well as the $10 for 10 months deal.
I'm trying to determine which rebate form I use for each rebate. Do I use the one rebate form at WWW.dishnetwork.com/100back , or is there a second form I need to send in as well?
The rebate form I printed off says "only customers who added DishHD programming from 12/01/06-5/31/07 are eligible". I added a second 622 during that time period, but I have had HD programming for much longer. Does anyone know for sure. Thanks.
