question about pub membership

Hi all. Has anyone else reported a problem with membership renewal? I renewed a 2 year subscription and paypal said it was completed successfully but my member page still shows a notification that my subscription is about to expire. My bank shows a withdrawl of the proper amount so it seems like an issue here. Can one of the staff please investigate? Thanks.

Hi Kevin,

The vBulletin membership system is dumb... it thinks that a 1 year and 2 year subscription are two separate subscriptions and thus is the reason you saw that your 1 year membership was expiring. To fix this I changed your 1 year membership to expire 2 years from its expiration date and then removed the other 2 year membership. Thus the message should have gone away now.

Is there a place on the site that tells you when your sub expires?

Thought there was, but been awhile since I thought about it.
Wanted to check and see when my expire date is.
