Is it true DTV is losing all Chinese or Japanese program. I can't remember which one.

They would have to add Japanese programming to lose it. I doubt that Mandarin is going anywhere but you never know. It isn't like 95W is full up with channels.

It is awfully hard to beat the other guys when it comes to international programming.
