Question about HD

So, I have been wanting HD for my HDTV for a while, so I have a question about it. If I just go into TWC and say I want a HD box and then they give it to me. the thing is though, I don't have a regular cable box in my room I just have my tv plugged into the wall but I get 70 channels or something like that. Would I still be able to use the HD box?

you will not get no hd content without an hd cable box, you will need to upgrade with digital cable, and any digital or sd channels that are in your lineup, if they are in hd they will be available also, such as local hd channels, national hd channels , etc.
