Question about DISH 1000???

Today, for the second time, I placed an order for HD programming along with a 722 and 211 reciever. DISH lost all evidence of my prior order but did acknowledge I paid for the upgrade through the "Dish it up" deal. They tell me today that I will not be getting the 1000 upgrade because I do not have line of site to 129. They say everything is mirrored on 61.5, which I do have already with my current DISH 500. I live in zip 22712. Does this sound real? Will I get all HD channels? Their customer service really suks. I waited from 8/31 until today and took a afternoon off for the installation appointment. The no show prompted my call to them and here we are.

I live in northwestern NC, not too far down the road from you. If you can see 129 from your property, you can dial it in.

61.5 mirrors everything on 129 with the exception of the sports south HD channel that the SD version is on 437.
