Question about Circular Polarity FTA

I am using a Merc. II rec.,Sg21oo motor, QPH031 LNB and just connected a SM21H Switch to it.
Am curious as to the extent of additional Circular TP's I might now pickup. So far, all of 82W Nimiq4 is scrambled. I get NASA and Anglel on 119W, nothing on 61.5W.Am I overlooking anything?
The only change I made on my receiver was to turn on the switch.
What's the deal with 107.3W??
I get a strong signal scan and get 6 TP's, then only audio NOT video?! I'd like to get the Canadian Parliment which is free, WHY AREN'T I GETTING THE IMAGES?

The DVB feeds in the 11900's are 4:2:2, and your receiver cannot decode them. The rest of the transponders are broadcasting Digicipher streams, and your receiver cannot lock on to them. A little bit of audio is the best you can get out of this bird with the equipment you currently have.

oh I see, too bad, oh well - thanks for the reply and if anyone knows of any other FTA channels that are broadcast Circular polarity I'd appreciate it!

on AnikF1 to get the Parliament channel you need either a 4DTV or a DSR410 receiver

Those channels are DCII versus DVB
