Quebec Brokers

I used to live in Montreal, and my friend, who is from southern Quebec, still has parents in Canada. Is it better to use friend / family in Canada rather than a broker or is using a Broker just safer. And, as I am from Montreal, I would like a broker in Montreal. Is that possible?

Why would you want a broker in QC? If you get the service, you will get the channels from QC, no matter where the broker has your address listed.

I would, if I could, use a friend's address, just to use the website! The broker will not give you enough information to access you account online. You can order PPV online!
