Quality of 95: SS 72: No channels!!!!

:rant:Greetings fellow sentients!!! I am looking at the screen of my GI 920. I have a Quality of 95: Signal Strength of 72: and no channels. Any ideas? I have neither the Cypher module nor a card in the slot---receiver came this way to me. THANKS!!!!!!!

Thanks for the HELP!!!!! The receiver times out on all channels after @5 seconds to snow. On channel 24 the message of "No Information About This Channel" is displayed. It changes to "Cannot Find Channel...Continuing To Search".
