Got one of these to use with laptop outside to tune dish. This item is sold on eBay. Windows XP and Vista report Unknown USB Device. No dirver installed.
I have confirmed that the supplied driver is installed.
Scan Error, No Signal. But signal verified with Coolsat 6000P.
Opened it up and found Sharp DVB-S Tuner. Construction looks really good.
