Prov Ri local transponders

Does anyone know what transponders and which satellite the Prov RI locals come in on? My signal is going in and out but yet it seems to be fine on the signal meter

According to this site they are on the 99 sat, but the TP itself isn't listed.
DirecTV USA on Spaceway 2 & DirecTV 11 at 99.2°W - LyngSat

Check your signals on 99 using the receiver and see if any are fluctuating

on 99 (c) all my tp's are in the 90s on 99(s) some are 0s the rest are 90s
same on 103 (s) some are 100 and some are 0 and 103(c) are all 90s
