Both of our HR21 boxes (leased) have lost their HDMI outputs, our AM21 (bought used on eBay) is no longer recognized, and *some* of our HD channels are missing on both boxes ("searching for signal"; the only channels mising are HD, but we still have some HD channels -- LNB failure?).. I've swapped connections around -- different multi-switch outputs, swapped connections to the inputs of the boxes -- but without fixing the problem.
If we sign up for the Protection Plan, will this get all of these problems fixed? --- although maybe not for another 30 days?
