Just a quick question. When does Dish change their promo's that they are running? I would be a new sub (coming back after 4 years) and want to know if the deal that they offer now (6 month free HD and free 722) will get better and when? Thanks

The current promotion runs until 1/31/08. No one will know what the next one will be until Jan.
6 months free HD, Free 722, 3 months Free HBO/Cine and Showtime if you call back a couple of days after you activate.

This is a great promo for the HD fan. Jump on it while you can.

you aren't... but you are a "former customer" which also qualifies for the new promotions

Also, if you are going to make the jump make sure to give a local retailer a shot first.
You will get quicker and better service, and they'll be able to offer you the same promo as Dish direct. Trust me on this.

I tried to go with Dishstore,and get the $75 rebate. Nobody at the number given knows about it.Tried calling customer service,all I get is an overload center.Thought I was going to help out Satelliteguys,but I guess not.

That is the page I followed. I had ordered from Allsat,but it wasn't activated or installed yet. It says that doesn't matter,just call the 800 number and they can change it. Trouble is , you can't talk to anyone that knows about the offer. I was connected with Dishstores CSR,but was disconnected twice.
