Program guide / VIP622

Picked up a new Cincinnati HD local last night.
My 2 ViP612 dvrs got the full program guide this morning for that channel.
My VIP 622 still does not have the guide. It is good for another hour and then I have "Info not available". It even has this for my OTA.
I have tried 2 soft resets and just did a hard reset - NOTHING!
Any suggestions???

Run a checkswitch after it is done it should update guide....may take 5 - 10 min

I had the same problem with my Vip 612 last night. 2 hard reboots and Nothing , Ran a Check Switch and went to bed , Woke up it it was good to go.

I discovered something interesting last night. In the guide, press the skip forward button to go all the way into the future. Then use the regular navigation keys to go even further.

When I did this, it said the guide was outdated and offered to download. Maybe this would be quicker than having to wait for a switch test.
