Program guide keeps disappeaing.

I have a Samsung SIR S300W and about twice a week it loses all the information from the Program guide.

The only way I can restore it is by unplugging the power lead for a few seconds and then plugging it back in.

This is really starting to annoy me so I was wondering if there is anything I could do about it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If resets do not work, check signals (esp. the 101 where the guide data is), if they are all good, call D* to send a tech to have the unit repaired, or replaced.

I have the same model and the same problem. It seems to happen about once a week on mine.
