program guide for cheap?

Is there a cheaper solution to getting the program guide from charter. They tell me that I have to have a digital package to get it. But i don't even watch any of the channels in the digital tier. I have seen some qam tuners that have it but my my t.v. does not have component or dvi inputs. I just want to get the guide a la carte. Comcast used to offer it this way for like 2 bucks.
 
many charter areas offer a paper gude which is mailed monthly for 2.99. no way for me to guarantee it's avalable in your area though:p

I think you can use Titan TV. I've never tried it though.
