Progdvb No Signal

Hi guys,
This is what I am using:

-Geniatech dvb-s card
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290064294194&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.ebay.com%3A80%2Fsearch%2Fsearch.dll%3Ffrom%3DR40%26satitle%3D290064294194%26fvi%3D1
-Direct TV multidish with a 3 lnb and 4 outputs
http://www.directv.com/learn/pdf/12429_00_AntennaManual_1D.pdf

I am using the latest progdvb.

I am using this website to get my dish setup.
http://satcalculator.freehostia.com/

I am located in California, United States. Pointing at : 101º DirecTV 1R/4S/8, 110º Echostar 8/10 & 119º Echostar 7.

In diseqc I selected “1.0 or 2.0”
AMC4
L of 1: 9750
Switch: 11700
L of 2: 10600
ECHOSTAR 7
L of 1: 11250
Switch: 12700
L of 2: 0
DirectTV6, Anik E1
L of 1: 9750
Switch: 11700
L of 2: 10600

So I’ve checked the dish setup a few times and make alterations, but I still get 1% quality on progdvb.

I plugged my comp into my friends dish that was already setup on echostar8/10 and I was able to see channels, so I know that my card works.

The only thing I can think of is the settings in ProgDVB, the physical setup for the dish, although ive messed with it for hours.

I don’t know how to fix my setup. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should try?

What should the LNB settings look like in progdvb?
And is the quality meter live in progDVB so if I have a friend move the dish will I know if I hit a signal?
Also how accurate does the dish need to be, would 1 degree off make a difference?

Any ideas are welcomed and appreciated!

What channels are you looking to view?

Hey Guys,
I need to know of my system is compatable with each other.
I have a geniatech digistar and in the users manuel it says...

"DigiStar PCI/USB does support DiSEqC 1.0 only. With this DiSEqC Level it is possible receive up to 4 satellites with 4 frequency areas per satellite. Almost all DiSEqC 2.0 switches are compatible to DiSEqC 1.0 devices, because DiSEqC 2.0 is backward compatible to DiSEqC 1.0.
The DigiStar TV PCI / USB is not designed to be operated in combination with DiSEqC 1.2 / USALS satellite dish positioner systems. The usage of such systems will cause permanent damage to your DVB-PC TV device and possibly to your computer."

and

"For reception of DVB services in combination with most common satellite systems (e.g. Astra 19.2°E) a universal LNB with a frequency range between 10.7 to 12.75GHz is required"

I have a directTV multidish that i bought used, i managed to track down a PDF of the owners manuel but did now find any information regarding the diseqc type and if it is a "universal lnb capable of 10.7 - 12.75ghz.

Here is a link to the PDF for my dish.

Does anyone know the answers to these questions?
TIA

The dish may not be ideal, but i tested my comp at a friends house who has a sigle lnb dish that was about 18" and i was able to get feeds. I think its a problem with the triple lnb, im gonna buy another dish with a single and see how that goes.
