Problems with my HR10-250

I have a Phase III dish going into a 5x8 powered multiswitch. I have a UTV and a sony receiver that are working great off of the 101 sat. When I ran two cables to the HR10-250 and went through the setup I was not able to get the HD channels. I was able to see all the regular channels off of 101. I am able to get a 90+ on the signal strength for both the 110 and 119 sats. Any ideas on where the problem might be?

Where is the 110 slot? Sounds like you have told the TiVo that you have a dual LNB not the triple LNB.
