Problems with Local Std channels

I live in Bergen County(Washington Twp). I got a service call into Cablevison.. The local channels 2-9 are freezing and pixelating every few moments but not on the cable channels or any HD channels including the locals in HD. Anyone else having this problem? I assume it's a head end problem and not here but the Customer service rep set up a service call
