Just to get this out of the way now, I'm a real noob for this stuff, so if I'm not sure about something, I'm sorry. But anyway.
Yesterday while watching TV, the screen just black and a picture of the word updating is flashing in the corner. All of the channels are doing this, not one channel works, no video or sound. Does this mean that the channels have died and I need to update or some other problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
