Problem with channels having same name

Some viewers here in the San Francisco Bay Area have found a problem with KTVU's new "Movies!" sub-channel on 2.3 Their PSIP info has the same ID for both 2.2 and 2.3, "KTVU-SD", and it's causing difficulties with recording with some tuners. Apparently the recording software uses the PSIP data to ID the record channel, not the channel number, so it doesn't know what to do with two named the same.

Has anyone else experience this problem?

All of my tuners seem to be okay with this, so, again, it shows how different tuners treat the PSIP information differently.
