Last night my voom box froze while changing channels. I wasn't able to turn it off through my remote so the only choice I had was to unplug it from the wall. After plugging it back in everything worked as usual except for the program guide. I left the receiver on the whole night and it still has not downloaded the programming information for all the channels. What should I do to fix this?

This was a lockup. Does happen from time to time, especially if you switch channels too quickly.
The Program Guide will come sooner or later, but you can try to make it come sooner by rebooting the STB again and not switching channels for 10 minutes after that.
