Problem with 6354 KYWTV

Is there any fix when the sound doesn't match the lips on a HD channel? This is the only one doing this and I reset the rec. already but that didn't help.Any and all advice is appreciated.

This is the only channel I notice having this issue. I don't have any problem with it OTA, but the sat feed of HD has a synch issue, lips move and sound is 1 or 2 seconds behind. I was going to watch Shark last night on TV 2, but the OTA isn't available on that output so that was nixed. I don't know who you notify of this issue, but it isn't our boxes, it's either Dish or Channel 3.
