Problem Getting cw's on G17 or getting 97W

On G17 I can not pick up the cw channels. I hit transponder 3720 without a hitch. When scanning the receiver hits about 80% quality but will not load the channels.

On 97w I can only pickup 8 to 12 channels on K band.

Using a CW 800S receiver with a 10 ft. prime focus dish and a bsc 621-2 LNB.

I'm having to move the dish by hand because motor is burnt out.
I've been trying to hit 97W for about a year and a half, no luck.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

The set-up seems to be pretty plumb, but must be off somewhere, unless I may need a different lower noise LNB.

You must manually add the Channels, usually use the Channel Editor to the receiver.

The CWs need to be enter manually (Pids). On remote control go to MENU, on screen Go to INSTALLATION, then MANUAL SEARCH. On screen set Galaxy 17 on satelitte, 3720 on FREQUENCy and HOR on polarity. Scroll down to ADVANCED, hit OK, A new menu will pop up. VIDEO< AUDIO<PCR<TXT. Enter values as follow. No need to enter anything on Text PID or TXT PID. You need to do the process for all 3.

What hasn't been mentioned is that the CW network really isn't on G17, it is on G19/18. The G17 location is a programmed feed for what they call cable 100+, i.e., for cable systems in the 100+ DMA markets that do not have an OTA CW affiliate.
