Privacy tinkering by SBC

Millions of SBC Internet customers are now receiving word that the telecom giant has fiddled with its privacy policy. The changes SBC says are to better serve our customers. There's your first red flag. Typically when big companies say they re doing something to better serve customers they re better serving themselves.
