Hello smith p,
I have a primestar dish with dual output lagacy lnb connected to it and I'm using both ouputs because my sw64 need both output to be connected. It is currently working for 121 bird for two years. So you are saying that it can be convert in to a circular lnb by putting a rectangular plastic piece in to the feedhorn so that it should work for 118.7.Is that correct?. please help me with this project.thank you.

I got it

Hello smith,
Thank you for your post.I did the same way you mentioned and it really worked.Instead of plastic I used an old box, transperent ,acrylic to make the rectangle(for testing that's what I got).first I placed it on a 45' angle like you mentioned and then I notice that it doesn't work because I was getting barely 50 on the signal meter before and it was going down.So I tried the other 45' means 90+45.With my amazment it really worked.I'm right now getting like 80 on the signal meter on tranponder22.I want to try to improve that tomorrow by new dielectric.Do you know which one is best.any way thank you very much.If anybody want to get more information you can email me or you can post on the site I wil respond.
