I cannot find any information on the pricing for these services. All I can find online are news articles saying that they will be available 2Q. If I try to configure a service on dish.com they are not options to select. Does anybody have this available in their area and know the pricing? Right now, DVR service is $12/mo and a regular Joey is $7/mo. I need 2 Joeys and I don't want to run cables. I have a PS3 available for one of my rooms, but I'm not optimistic enough to expect Dish won't charge me a monthly rental for using my own equipment.

$7 per month for all Joeys regardless of what equipment you use.
Virtual, regular, wireless... all the same $7 per month.
Wireless Joeys will have some additional upfront cost due to the wireless access point that's connected to the hopper. They aren't available yet, which is why there isn't a whole lot of info posted at Dish.

The app is available for download on the PS3 in the app store.
For activation of the PS3 app, I would message a DIRT member as they are better trained on the details of newer products.
has anyone gotten virtual joey to work. how does it connect to your hopper. Is it through WIFI.? Can this technically be used outside the network? VPN etc?
