Are the rates on all packages going up again? I saw an AD on one of the South asian packages where base package (local+shopping channels only) is listed @ $19.99/M. This was like $9.99/M about 2 years ago. No additional channels added but the rate is doubled. Also, International Preferred is listed at $38.99/M, this was $32.99/M till last year and changed to $35.99/M since last year.
