Press Play to Watch Newest Recording...?

I have a question about my new Hopper's "Press Play to Watch Newest recording" feature in the DVR, when i scroll to a tv shows folder...

I would assume that I'm not alone, when I want to watch a tv show of which I have multiple episodes of the same show saved in a folder, I want to watch the OLDEST (unwatched) episode... not the most recent.

So it seems odd that the only option is "press play to watch the newest episode", and not "press play to watch the oldest episode". Currently I have to enter the folder and scroll to the bottom to select the oldest one...

Is there any way to change this?

I agree. This is one of the dumbest features IMHO.

The 922 is the same and I agree. However, I think it is a legacy from all Dish DVR's with the character list (no tiles) of the past that have the most recent recording at the TOP and the oldest at the bottom. However, in the older DVR's, it seemed easier to deal with, but with the 922 it comes as the MOST unintuitive thing and I find it challenging to get my head around the display and get to the OLDEST recording to play.
