Prepaid dish

I recently bought a dish 301 prepaid receiver, I found a dish 500 satellite to use in conjunction with the receiver. After finding satellite 119 I thought I was in business, and I went ahead and ordered the gold 250. I found out that I cannot get all the channels with my receiver just receiving a signal from the 119 satellite, I need to have a signal from 110 also.
I cannot get both signals at the same time, can someone help, I am really frustrated. I would appreciate any advice. I live in Riverton Wyoming if that helps at all. Thaanks

A Dish 500 is set up to receive both 110 and 119. You probably have the antenna pointed off slightly, so the 110 LNB is picking up the 119 satellite. Try respositioning the dish, about 9 degrees farther East (I think that's the right direction).

Run check switch from the point dish screen to make sure your receiver is set up for the lnb on your dish.
