I chose HBO with Showtime a close second. I enjoy Boxing on both networks, and the original programming(Real Sports, weeds, The wire).

Where is the, "I don't like any of them because they are a complete waste of money" choice?

HBO for Original programming, and Showtime just behind for the same reason. Don't watch too many movies on either. Usually already seen them on DVD.
Gotta love the Cinemax penny deal, though. :)

there isn't one . Because one of our members is interested in them and he or she would like the opinions of others on the premium movie choices. Thanks for you helpfull imput.Way to bring in supporters.

It really depends what you like to watch. The original programming on HBO and Showtime is great and I highly recommend it, but most of the shows you can rent on dvd (which I prefer to do). If you like movies and don't mind night time soft-porn, I'd recommend cinemax.

I picked HBO because I've always had it, but Starz is also a favorite for me and it was difficult to pick. I do think Starz has a great bang/buck.

And my imput is that they are a waste of money!

yup all 1 of them :D

i picked that cause it's the only one i have, bless them for such an incredible deal
E* has 5, Cinemax east, west ,Moremax,Action Max,and 5 StarMax. D* Has Cinemax East,West and More Max. Just so there is no misunderstanding. But I do think its a little pricey for the amount of channels as well.

Showtime

  1. Best series (Sorry, HBO has lost it.)
  2. Movies mostly shown in OAR--not open matte and/or cropped like HBO and Cinemax
  3. Still shows a good bit of softcore at night--unlike Starz and HBO

I'll take Showtime seriously when Dish Network stops calling me 4 times a year to try to give it away like undercoating on a new car deal.
