PQ on MTV, Cartoon Network, etc

I know this has been a problem for awhile and was mentioned earlier, but still have not seen improvement. Is voom still aware of the problem because it is very bad on MTV. Also has anyone heard if ESPN is back to 720p or is still being sent at 1080i?
