I wanted to order a PPV program today that was listed on my DTV Guide, on multiple channels at multiple times throughout the day. When I logged in online to order the movie, it was only showing as "Coming Soon" and I couldn't access it online.
When I called Customer Service to see if there was something they could do to make it available for purchase online they said that it wouldn't be available to me for a few more days, but that I could order it through my remote.
Does anyone know why it works this way? I had always assumed that any PPV programming visible on the Guide could be ordered online.
