Thanks for the info, everyone. Can this Jerry person at the Dish Store give me the discounts someone else mentioned elsewhere in the thread, like the AAA discount, the Costco discount or the American Express discount? Or do I have to call those phone numbers independently and pick one?

Those would need to be ordered through the specific phone numbers. Dish Store can give you the national offers (free Sunday ticket, etc) and should be able to stack the $100 Refer a Friend discount but the others are specific promos through those vendors. Not sure you can even stack those, you would need to select AAA discount, or Costco discount, or AMEX discount and then stack that one discount with the Refer a Friend discount and the national offers.
