Check around some of your local FM broadcast stations. Find and make friends with the engineer. There used to be an outfit called CUE Paging that used the subcarrier of FM stations to send their paging information. They went belly-up and abandoned most of their equipment in place. In many cases, this was a four foot offset feed C-band dish and LNB. These are normally located at the transmitter sites, but some are at the studios. You might be able to get it free for the asking.
