Possible to update the "Title" section of our posts?

Is it possible to configure vBulletin so members can update the Title area of their posts? For example, I botched the year (2012 vice 2013) and, under the current configuration, it is not possible to edit the Title text, just the post text.

Simply ask a Moderator to fix it, that's what we have always done....

I've done that in the past...just seems easier to be able edit your post. I can understand not being able to edit a thread title, but post title is different. There must be some limitation with vBulletin.
