Just wanted to post a link from Newsday that says that Jorge Posada consulted with Brian Cashman and the Steinbrenners' and they are going to shut him down for the rest of the year.

I personally think he decided to go this route because they wanted to push him to 1b. I did not think he was like this, but the items happened right after one another, so it makes it appear that way.

He refused to play 1B and now he's done, there was talki thay he could be done earlier in the week, then the 1B stuff came up and he balked.
