pixelation on Hawaii pbs channel.

Any of my fellow Hawaii dish customers noticed random pixelation on our Hawaii pbs channel KHET HD? Thought it mite have been caused by wind chop from the ocean caused by the high winds we've been having, but guess not. I live on the east coast of the big island.
